Ted Talk: Game Mechanics

I thought I would start off this blog with one of the Ted Talks I love. If you haven't seen Ted Talks before, be warned: once you start watching them, it's hard to stop.

This isn't specific to females in programming but nevertheless, it's a really interesting talk.
